As our team works diligently to prepare for the unknown as it relates to COVID-19 and our business, we are steadfastly working on solutions to help our beloved clients. While it has not yet been mandated for our office to close, most of our team is working remotely. Our technology permits all of our staff to work remotely without interruption from taking care of your needs.
At this time, we request all client documents to be sent to us electronically going forward. This will enable us to better serve you in a timely manner.
Here are several option options:
1. Email electronic documents to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. FRSCPA can send you an email with link via Sharefile – a tool to send secure data through uploading of documents. If this is your preferred method, please email your main point of contact to request this. They will then submit your request to our ADMIN team, and they will initiate the email to you using Sharefile.
3. Upload documents to our website via our Portal. If you don’t have an account, you can request an account to be setup for you. Please send your request to: email@example.com.
All three of these options work for the sharing of information as it pertains to your business and individual income taxes. However, for many of our monthly accounting clients, who rely upon us to compile financial data each month, we recommend using option 3. All monthly accounting clients will be set up on our portal. If you are already using our portal for the exchange of information, there is NO CHANGE. Additionally, if you need assistance with the portal, please contact Anthony Salliotte at firstname.lastname@example.org as he is the dedicated team member to best assist you.
For our clients that we handle your “back office”, there will be minimal change. Right now, we are working with clients on an individual basis to determine how to get packages back and forth using UPS, Fed X, or the U.S. Postal Service. For now, keep doing what you’ve been doing, unless you and your FRSCPA team member have already determined a solution.
We will be here for our clients as best we can be through this unprecedented event.
